Entrepreneurial general manager and strategist who turns strategy into results. I bring together general management, venture building and a strong financial base, with a track record of building and scaling new business at corporates, scale-ups and startups, and a passion for lasting positive impact.

Over 12 years of experience building and leading sustainable businesses, from early-stage ventures to established organizations.

Siemens — 6 years as Senior Strategist in Renewable Energy, driving global wind power growth, leading the Siemens–Gamesa merger, and preparing Capital Markets Day.

oneUp — 6 years as Managing Director, launching corporate ventures like Rabo Carbon Bank, Unilever Leap, Hugo Boss Beyond, and VNO-NCW; opened the Hamburg office.

BGB Dentistry — Interim CFO, later CEO, driving the strategic growth plan, organizational redesign and the acquisition of three clinics.

Limosa limosa (Grutto) is the national bird of the Netherlands —
a tribute to my father, my love for nature, and my Frisian roots.
